Per nonparlare delle prove sui cavi, della costruibilità dei caviaccoppiati, della mancanza di stima dei giorni di chiusura delponte per i venti, degli improbabili "scenari controfattuali"dell'analisi costi benefici".Invece del ponte conclude: "Troppi punti oscuri, troppeincompiutezze illegittimamente e illogicamente rinviate alprogetto esecutivo rischiano di rendere fasulla una eventualeapprovazione dell'attuale progetto come "definitivo".
