Inoltre dalla "22 alle 6 è fattodivieto a chiunque di detenere e consumare bevande di qualsiasigenere in bottiglie o contenitori di vetro ovvero in lattine dialluminio su area pubblica o privata a uso pubblico. E' fattasalva la consegna a domicilio limitatamente al trasporto e lasomministrazione da parte degli esercenti di bevande a favore diclienti che usufruiscano delle eventuali strutture fisse omobili all'esterno dei pubblici esercizi nelle aree dipertinenza".Per chi non osservasse i nuovi divieti sono previste sanzioniamministrative fino a 3mila euro.
