Nel suo primo avviso, l'agenzia meteorologica giapponese ha affermato che un forte terremoto potrebbe essere più probabile in seguito alla scossa di magnitudo 7.1 registrata giovedì nel Sud del Paese, dove si contano 14 feriti. "Sono preoccupata per il 70%, ma d'altra parte so da sempre che prima o poi sarebbe arrivato un mega terremoto, quindi direi che sono relativamente ben preparata", afferma una residente della capitale nipponica, 45 anni.
