(askanews) - Il Consiglio regionale ha approvato a maggioranza (voto a favore di Pd, Italia Viva e Movimento 5 stelle e voto contrario di Fratelli d'Italia, Lega, Forza Italia e gruppo Misto Merito e Lealtà) le due proposte di deliberazione presentate da Partito democratico, Italia viva e Movimento 5 stelle per l'indizione del referendum abrogativo della legge nazionale 86 del 2024 (Disposizioni per l'attuazione dell'autonomia differenziata delle Regioni a statuto ordinario ai sensi dell'articolo 116, terzo comma, della Costituzione), per chiedere l'abrogazione della legge sull'autonomia differenziata. Una prevede l'abolizione totale della legge nazionale, mentre l'altra, predisposta nell'eventualità che l'abrogazione totale non fosse ritenuta ammissibile l'intera abrogazione, ne prevede l'abrogazione di un'ampia parte. Le proposte sono state firmate dai capigruppo della maggioranza Vincenzo Ceccarelli (Pd), che le ha illustrate all'Aula, Stefano Scaramelli (Italia viva) e dalla consigliera Silvia Noferi per il Movimento 5 stelle. Con la prima il Consiglio delibera di richiedere il referendum abrogativo ai sensi dell'art. 75 della Costituzione e a norma della legge n. 352 del 1970. Il quesito indicato è il seguente: «Volete voi che sia abrogata la legge 26 giugno 2024, n. 86, "Disposizioni per l'attuazione dell'autonomia differenziata delle Regioni a statuto ordinario ai sensi dell'articolo 116, terzo comma, della Costituzione"?».La seconda indica il quesito: «Volete voi che sia abrogata la legge 26 giugno 2024, n. 86, "Disposizioni per l'attuazione dell'autonomia differenziata delle Regioni a statuto ordinario ai sensi dell'articolo 116, terzo comma, della Costituzione", limitatamente alle seguenti parti?». Seguono gli articoli e i commi dei quali si chiede l'abrogazione.In entrambi i casi, il Consiglio regionale dà mandato al presidente dell'Assemblea legislativa di comunicare la presente deliberazione ai Consigli regionali di tutte le altre Regioni, con invito all'adozione di un uguale atto affinché si possa dare seguito all'iniziativa referendaria.Respinti, invece, i due ordini del giorno presentati dal gruppo Fratelli d'Italia che intendevano impegnare il presidente e l'esecutivo regionale "a proseguire nel percorso di contrattazione con il Governo centrale in merito all'autonomia differenziata, rinunciando alla presentazione della richiesta di referendum abrogativo". Gli atti, inoltre, volevano impegnare la Giunta "a presentare entro 90 giorni da oggi una relazione specifica ed aggiornata - rispetto alle ipotesi svoltesi nella comunicazione del 17 luglio 2018, sulle materie ex art. 116 e 117 Cost. che potrebbero essere gestite dalla Regione Toscana".
