riconoscono diritti e che abbiamo deciso di non prorogare più. Da gennaio, senza gli assegni di ricerca, sparisce quello che era nei fatti un ricercatore-fantasma. Ma lo sa che è l'assegnista a doversi pagare i contributi previdenziali?". Così il Ministro dell'Università e della Ricerca, Anna Maria Bernini, intervistata da 'La Stampà, sulla riforma dei contratti dei ricercatori. "Le nuove figure contrattuali non tolgono nulla - continua -, ma aggiungono opportunità. Penso al contratto retribuito per lo studente la cui attività viene valorizzata, anche economicamente. Altro che precariato! La precarietà non è legata alla varietà dei contratti, ma dalla durata eccessiva dei rapporti a termine". La figura del pre-ruolo introdotta dal governo Draghi, spiega Bernini, "non è stata affatto accantonata, anzi. Credo che il contratto di ricerca possa avere un rilancio da questa riforma. Le università possono già applicarlo. Se non lo fanno è perchè manca il necessario accordo tra Aran, l'Agenzia per la rappresentanza negoziale delle pubbliche amministrazioni, e i sindacati. E' evidente che il sistema-ricerca deve poter correre su altre gambe. E' per questo che, in una situazione di quasi vuoto - conclude -, abbiamo individuato altri contratti che questo vuoto vanno a colmare". Con la riforma dei contratti di ricerca "abbiamo pensato a possibilità diverse per situazioni diverse. Non sono strumenti sovrapponibili, ma soluzioni che tengono conto delle differenze.
