superarel'attuale "inferno del precariato": lo ha annunciato il ministrodell'Università e della Ricerca, Anna Maria Bernini, durante laconferenza stampa al termine del Consiglio dei ministri."Si tratta di una vera e propria 'cassetta degli attrezzi' adisposizione delle università, degli enti pubblici di ricerca edelle istituzioni Afam, con strumenti differenziati a secondadei diversi livelli di ricerca e con tutele crescenti via viache si avanza nel percorso accademico", ha detto Bernini. "Da settembre partirà un confronto con le parti sociali eattiveremo al Mur un osservatorio, di cui faranno parte tutte lerappresentanze coinvolte, per valutare l'impatto di queste normenei prossimi tre anni".Il ministro Bernini ha ricordato che il nuovo provvedimentopunta a colmare la lacuna che il sistema della ricerca ha, da unpunto di vista contrattualistico e borsistico, dal momento chegli assegni di ricerca non saranno più prorogati dopo il 31dicembre 2024. Nello specifico, il nuovo provvedimento prevedeforme di collaborazione da parte di studenti durante il corso dilaurea o di laurea magistrale per un massimo di 200 ore l'anno.Gli studenti potranno fornire assistenza all'attività di ricercain aggiunta alla collaborazione ai servizi universitari. Ilcompenso può arrivare a 3.500 euro l'anno.Si introducono poi due tipologie di borse di assistenzaall'attività di ricerca: una junior, destinata ai laureatimagistrali o a ciclo unico, e una senior, per i dottori diricerca. In entrambi i casi la durata va da un minimo di un annoa un massimo di tre. Il trattamento economico sarà stabilito conun decreto del Ministro dell'Università e della Ricerca.
