Ecco perché è fondamentale individuare quest'ultime e ridurle poi al minimo. Le interferenze che impattano in modo meno evidente ma pur sempre incisivo sono le interferenze interne alla persona, di cui spesso non se ne è consapevoli. Emozioni, credenze limitanti, paure e un dialogo interno non adatto possono essere un freno incredibile alla performance. Quello che ci diciamo fa un enorme differenza sul risultato finale. Questo vale sia per uno sportivo professionista che per un ceo, vale per tutti".E in un periodo di grande cambiamento quanto può essere utile un mental coach? "Mai come in questo momento - aggiunge Vicari - conoscere come funziona la propria mente è indispensabile. Serve sempre perché noi passiamo il 95% del nostro tempo a vivere inconsciamente e solo il 5% consciamente. Per questo, se si vogliono raggiungere i propri obiettivi sfruttando a pieno le risorse che abbiamo dentro di noi ci vuole un professionista che ci spieghi come usare al meglio uno strumento incredibilmente potente, la nostra mente.
