Il pm diturno presso la Procura della Repubblica di Vallo della Lucaniaha disposto l'arresto in flagranza di reato del legalerappresentante della società che gestisce la struttura e delsocio, disponendone gli arresti domiciliari. Inoltre è statadeferita in stato di libertà la consulente del lavoro dellasocietà. Nella circostanza sono state contestate sanzioniamministrative e per violazione delle norme sulla sicurezza neiluoghi di lavoro per un totale di circa 74mila euro.
