A giugno 2024 le donne in InfoCamere sono 498 e rappresentano il 45,14% del totale della forza lavoro. Le politiche aziendali a favore della parità di genere costituiscono una strategia chiave per la crescita dell’azienda, che ha trovato concretezza nel 2023 con l’ottenimento della certificazione UNI/PdR 125:2022 sulla Parità di Genere, rafforzata dal rinnovo della certificazione ISO 14001 e la conferma nelle classifiche dei principali award di sostenibilità elaborate da Statista per il Sole 24 Ore (‘Leader della sostenibilità 2023’ e ‘Le 100 Aziende più attente al Clima 2023’).
