Dopo la riparazione nella struttura di integrazione verticale della base spaziale di Cape Canaveral in Florida (Usa), verranno eseguiti tutti i test di tenuta e le verifiche funzionali in vista del prossimo tentativo di lancio.Il problema alla valvola, durante le operazioni di prelancio, aveva convinto il team di supporto ad annullare la partenza quando i due astronauti veterani della Nasa, Butch Wilmore e Suni Williams erano già a bordo della navetta, allo Space Launch Complex-41 che hanno prontamente abbandonato.
