ancorapiù pressante contenimento della specie responsabile della Psa,la Peste suina africana. Si tratta di due delibere passatenell'ultima giunta prima della pausa estiva, su propostadell'assessore al Commercio, agricoltura e cibo, caccia e pescae parchi, Paolo Bongioanni."La prima delibera, fortemente voluta dalle associazioniagricole - spiega Bongioanni - riguarda il contenimento delcinghiale nel contrasto sanitario alla Psa e autorizza iproprietari e conduttori di un fondo rurale a effettuareabbattimenti di cinghiali anche in un raggio di 500 metri oltrei confini del proprio appezzamento. La seconda delibera prolungadi un mese il calendario venatorio in Piemonte, permettendo aicacciatori la battuta al cinghiale ininterrottamente per quattromesi dal 15 settembre al 15 gennaio anziché, com'è stato finora,in un periodo di tre mesi scelto fra il 15 settembre e il 15dicembre o dal 2 novembre al 30 gennaio". La norma recepisce lamodifica introdotta a livello nazionale dalla nuova leggesull'agricoltura, la cosiddetta "Legge Lollobrigida". Altranovità introdotta dalla legge 101 e recepita in questa deliberaè che, nelle azioni di prelievo selettivo del cinghiale, glioperatori potranno avvalersi di dispositivi di puntamento, anchedigitale, per la visione notturna.Una terza delibera approvata oggi dalla giunta su propostadi Bongioanni, permette infine per la stagione venatoria 2024-25nuove immissioni, in deroga alla legge regionale 5 del 2018, dicapi di quattro specie cacciabili: fagiano, pernice rossa, lepree starna. È una richiesta venuta dagli Ambiti territorialicaccia e dai Comprensori alpini per sostenere il ripopolamentonaturale e l'autoriproduzione della fauna in territorio liberoattraverso l'immissione di capi provenienti da allevamentiautorizzati.
