(askanews) - Mediobanca registra nell'esercizio 2023-2024, chiuso al 30 giugno, un utile netto record di oltre 1,27 miliardi (+24%), superiore alle attese degli analisti. Nel solo quarto trimestre l'utile è pari a 327 milioni (+39%). Ricavi record a 3,6 miliardi (+9%), trainati dalle componenti "K-light" (+17%), con TFA a circa 100 miliardi (+13%). Il margine di interesse chiude a circa 1,98 miliardi (+10,2%). Sul fronte patrimoniale, il CET1 sale al 16,1%.Nell'esercizio ammonta a 1,1 miliardi la distribuzione complessiva (10% del valore di mercato), in aumento del 50% su anno, di cui 885 milioni di dividendi e circa 200 milioni di buyback già eseguito. Alla luce dei risultati, Mediobanca ha deliberato di proporre alla prossima assemblea la distribuzione di un dividendo annuale complessivo di 1,07 euro (payout del 70%) che, tenuto conto dell'anticipo erogato a maggio (0,51 euro), corrisponde a un saldo a novembre di 0,56 euro. Il cda ha proposto inoltre l'avvio di un piano di riacquisto e cancellazione di azioni proprie (il secondo nell'arco del piano 2023/26), per un controvalore pari a circa 385 milioni che, alle quotazioni odierne, corrispondono a circa il 3,1% del capitale sociale."Nell'esercizio il gruppo ha saputo raggiungere i migliori risultati di sempre in termini di ricavi, di utile, di redditività (ROTE 14%) e distribuzione agli azionisti, dando puntuale avvio alle principali iniziative del piano 2023-26", ha sottolineato l'AD Alberto Nagel. "Lo scenario dei prossimi mesi si presenta incerto per dinamiche geo-politiche e macro e richiederà la capacità di volgere in opportunità un contesto atteso volatile.
