laProtezione civile, Nello Musumeci, la nomina di un commissariostraordinario per il lago Trasimeno."Il Lago rappresenta per la nostra regione - ha affermato lapresidente - una ricchezza da tutelare. Per questo è necessarioun Commissario che possa mettere in atto una serie di azionistraordinarie, tempestive e in deroga all'attuale regolamento,al fine di rispondere ad una situazione emergenziale causata dauna serie di fattori tra cui l'annoso problema dell'aumentodelle temperature e la diminuzione delle precipitazioni chestanno causando una moria di pesci e la perdita di biodiversità,con annessi problemi, come ho scritto al ministro, di carattereigienico-sanitario oltre che economico sul versante della pescae del turismo". Tra le problematiche indicate a Musumeci, in una lettera,c'è anche la difficoltà di navigazione che comporta criticità dicollegamento con le isole.Tesei - spiega la Regione in un comunicato - ha sottolineatocome "a rendere la situazione ancora più critica, contribuiscaanche la difficoltà operativa di porre in essere i dragaggidelle bocche di porto e delle tratte di navigazione in quanto,causa i bassi fondali, è sufficiente una giornata di vento pervedere nuovamente colmati gli scavi fatti sul fondale". "Permantenere libere le tratte di navigazione, durante i mesi piùsiccitosi - ha spiegato - sarebbe indispensabile poter eseguirei dragaggi con notevole frequenza, anche in deroga alledisposizioni di norma ordinarie".Da qui la richiesta di un Commissario, ruolo per cui lastessa presidente si rende disponibile, che permetta siainterventi emergenziali, sia di poter contare su una dotazionedi fondi straordinari che possano "garantire un'immediatasoluzione e ripristinare una normale situazione di sostenibilitàambientale e sociale".La nomina darà inoltre avvio ad una seria e concreta fase dipianificazione e programmazione e coordinamento delle diverseazioni che dovranno essere adottate con successivi atti nelprossimo triennio e che hanno come scopo quello di garantire lasopravvivenza al quarto lago d'Italia per dimensione.L'amministrazione regionale, nel frattempo, si è giàattivata con il Commissario per la siccità, Dell'Acqua, perconvogliare 10 milioni di metri cubi di acqua proveniente dalladiga di Montedoglio direttamente sul bacino del lago; questarisorsa idrica potrà contribuire nell'arco dei prossimi anni arecuperare parte del livello idrico perso, ma per rendere attivoquesto occorrono tempo e risorse economiche."Sono certa - ha concluso la presidente - che il MinistroMusumeci, come sempre fatto in occasione di altre emergenzeumbre, saprà cogliere necessità e importanza della nostrarichiesta".
