provincia di Napoli, dai Carabinieri della Compagnia di Nola che hanno dato esecuzione a un'ordinanza di applicazione della misura interdittiva della sospensione dell'esercizio di un pubblico ufficio o servizio. Il provvedimento è stato emesso dal gip del Tribunale di Nola, su richiesta della locale Procura. Agli indagati vengono contestati i reati di false attestazioni o certificazioni e truffa aggravata. Le indagini, condotte dai Carabinieri di Cimitile fra novembre e dicembre 2023, hanno consentito di evidenziare profili di responsabilità in relazione a reiterate condotte di assenteismo ascrivibili a dipendenti pubblici del Comune.
