"somministrazioneillecita di manodopera", è emerso che i corrieri, formalmentedipendenti di cooperative o società "filtro", erano controllatinelle consegne, dagli stabilimenti di stoccaggio fino alcliente, attraverso un software-algoritmo creato e usato daAmazon. Un presunto "sistema" che, anche per le tariffe che hapotuto praticare sul mercato, sarebbe andato "a tutto vantaggiodi Amazon Italia Transport". E con "rilevantissime perdite perl'erario e situazioni di sfruttamento lavorativo".Il giudice Milani ha anche fissato per il prossimo 31 ottobreun'udienza per discutere la richiesta dei pm di misurainterdittiva del divieto di pubblicizzare, per un anno, propriservizi e beni a carico della stessa società, filiale italianadel colosso statunitense dell'e-commerce. Richiesta che riguardasolo la pubblicità per la Amazon Italia Transport, non tutto ilgruppo.Già in indagini simili, come quelle che hanno portato asequestri per decine di milioni di euro a carico di altre grandiaziende di logistica e trasporti come Gxo e Ups, il pm Storariaveva chiesto misure interdittive con stop alla pubblicità. Peril caso Gxo l'udienza è stata fissata dal gip Milani sempre peril 31 ottobre.Per quanto riguarda Ups, invece, il giudice non ha ancoradeciso sulla richiesta. Ci sono state varie udienze di rinvio,anche perché Ups ha già versato le somme contestate al fisco(come hanno fatto molte altre società per un totale di oltremezzo miliardo di euro) ed è intervenuta sul fronte aziendaleper eliminare gli aspetti segnalati dagli inquirenti nelleindagini.
