Un testo unico di riordino di tutte le leggi vigenti in materia culturale che prevede l'istituzione, il riconoscimento e la partecipazione della Regione alla "Fondazione Abruzzo Film Commission", organismo che persegue finalità di pubblico interesse nel comparto dell'industria del cinema e dell'audiovisivo."Sarà importante - ha aggiunto Marsilio - coinvolgere attivamente tutto il territorio. Il progetto è nato con lo scopo di reperire nuove risorse finanziarie e logistiche a sostegno di film e serie tv e, nello stesso tempo, produrre benefici occupazionali, economici e promozionali.
