(askanews) - Il 69,8% delle imprese che compie ricerche di personale dichiara di riscontrare difficoltà di reperimento. Lo rileva l'annuale indagine del Centro studi di Confindustria sul lavoro, svolta tra febbraio e aprile 2024 che fornisce informazioni per il 2023 e inizio 2024 su struttura dell'occupazione e politiche aziendali di gestione del lavoro nelle aziende associate."Disaggregando tali difficoltà in relazione alle competenze ricercate, esse emergono soprattutto per le competenze tecniche (complessivamente segnalate dal 69,2% delle imprese) e per le mansioni manuali (nel 47,9% dei casi a livello nazionale e nel 58,9% nel settore industriale)", si legge. "Con riferimento agli ambiti aziendali, in due terzi dei casi le difficoltà vengono riscontrate nella ricerca di competenze funzionali alla transizione digitale, in quasi un terzo dei casi se funzionali a una maggiore internazionalizzazione dell'impresa, nel 15% circa dei casi in funzione della transizione green", spiega il Csc."Tra le azioni intraprese in risposta al fabbisogno di competenze, le imprese prevedono principalmente attività di formazione rivolte al personale in forza (nel 59,7% dei casi).Quasi la metà delle imprese (49%) fa, inoltre, ricorso a servizi esterni come le consulenze e quasi un terzo (28,5%) si dichiara coinvolto in programmi educativi sul territorio (ITS Academy, PCTO, tirocini curriculari)". di Askanews   05-08-2024 - 12:49 Link copiato Commenti Leggi la Netiquette
