(Adnkronos Salute) - "Sanità pubblica e sanità privata concorrono a fornire il Servizio sanitario nazionale: questo vuol dire che entrambe si devono far carico di risolvere i problemi, a partire dalle liste d'attesa". Lo ha detto Michele Vietti, presidente Acop (Associazione coordinamento ospedalità privata), nel corso dell'assemblea nazionale di Acop che si è tenuta a Roma, nella sede di Confcommercio. "Ovviamente - ha aggiunto - ci vogliono le risorse. Questo vuol dire che la sanità privata non può essere inchiodata a tariffe ferme da oltre 12 anni, con tetti di spesa che non consentono una vera e libera competizione nell'interesse del cittadino utente". Dello stesso avviso Domenico Mantoan, direttore generale Agenas, per il quale "il sistema è in crisi perché alcuni elementi si sono inceppati: le tariffe andrebbero aggiornate perché nel frattempo le spese sono aumentate". Rassicurazioni sono arrivate dal ministro della Salute, Orazio Schillaci: "Dobbiamo guardare al privato accreditato come un alleato della sanità pubblica. Nel decreto liste d'attesa abbiamo previsto esplicitamente che nei Cup unici regionali confluiscano anche tutte le offerte disponibili da parte delle prestazioni del privato accreditato". La cosa importante, come ha sottolineato Rocco Bellantone, presidente dell'Istituto superiore di sanità, "è che tutte le strutture sanitarie, pubbliche e private, seguano le stesse regole e garantiscano gli stessi livelli di assistenza. Ecco perché Iss sta elaborando linee guida e buone pratiche fondamentali per un’azione comune". Michele Camisasca, direttore generale Istat, ha evidenziato come "i dati indicano un aumento della migrazione ospedaliera, con un numero minore di posti letto nel Mezzogiorno che richiede interventi correttivi". Francesco Albergo, direttore operativo Lum, ha spiegato come "il sistema tariffario è assolutamente inadeguato e resterà tale finché non si determineranno esattamente i costi delle prestazioni sanitarie. Occorrono linee guida a livello ministeriale che impongano alle Regioni regole comuni per la contabilità analitica, controllo di gestione e flussi dei dati informatici". Infine Licia Ronzulli, vicepresidente del Senato, ha lanciato un allarme sullo stato di salute del sistema sanitario: "Non possiamo rinviare una profonda riforma della sanità. E' evidente che senza il contributo del privato accreditato saremmo al collasso.
