difendere il governatore Toti in nome del garantismo. Ma il centrodestra non è mai stato realmente garantista e alza la voce ora che è nei guai uno dei suoi rappresentanti (peraltro di spicco). Dietro il clamore del personaggio politico, c’è il nodo importante dell’Autorità portuale, di cui va cambiato il vertice ◆ Il corsivetto di VITTORIO EMILIANI► Ascoltando Il Tg3 della notte sento alcuni intellettuali di parte parlare di una mancanza di garantismo della magistratura e del Pd sulla questione Genova e degli appalti portuali, quindi dell’ex governatore ligure Toti. Francamente non me la sento di seguirli su questa strada. Quando mai la Destra o anche il Centrodestra si sono mostrati realmente garantisti? Mai. Le questioni portuali genovesi sono invece così importanti da meritare una attenzione e una sensibilità speciali. Conosco bene la realtà dei porti italiano per avervi condotto dal 1960 a pochi anni fa due volte una inchiesta nazionale ogni decennio.Al porto di Genova credo che avrò dedicato anche nell’ultimo biennio fra i 20 e i 30 articoli di forte denuncia senza ricevere smentite né tantomeno querele. Se non si cambia il vertice della Autorità portuale,  il maggiore, il più strategico degli scali marittimi italiani non riprenderà nel Mediterraneo il ruolo-guida che invece deve avere, che può avere.
