consentito di rimanere in contatto con gli amici, di frequentare la scuola, ma anche di continuare a lavorare. Dall'altro lato, post-Covid, è venuta fuori con grande forza la voglia di tornare a stare insieme. La tecnologia ci può aiutare, ci facilita, è diventata molto più veloce però anche l'elogio della lentezza permette di condividere delle esperienze". Lo ha detto Roberto Olivi, direttore della comunicazione di BMW Italia e curatore del libro "La Casa delle emozioni. Le relazioni umane nell'era digitale", intervistato da Claudio Brachino per il magazine televisivo Italpress Economy. L'idea alla base del libro "è nata nel 2021, nella fase post-Covid: abbiamo ragionato sul fatto che probabilmente sarebbe stato il momento giusto per recuperare un rapporto emotivo diretto con le persone. Da lì è nata un'intuizione del presidente Massimiliano Di Silvestre di identificare un luogo iconico nel centro di Milano che ci consentisse di incontrare le persone. Da questa intuizione abbiamo sviluppato il primo concept in via Verri 10 e abbiamo ottenuto un grande riscontro da parte del pubblico: abbiamo chiuso dopo il primo anno con circa 120 attività. Dopo un anno abbiamo trovato uno spazio in via Montenapoleone 12, dove siamo ancora e dove abbiamo sviluppato ulteriormente l'idea: se la prima house in un anno aveva fatto 12mila visitatori, la seconda - solo nella settimana del design nella quale abbiamo aperto - nè ha fatti quasi 30mila", ha spiegato. "Questo luogo è nato anche per raccontare come immaginiamo la mobilità del futuro, molto aperta, senza una soluzione predefinita: stiamo continuando a investire in tutte le forme di tecnologia, quelle tradizionali e quelle innovative, purchè altamente efficienti e che continuano a migliorare l'impatto nei confronti dell'ambiente, senza però perdere quella capacità di dare sensazioni uniche a chi al volante". Per il futuro, "l'orizzonte è chiaro a tutti, lo abbiamo sentito anche nei discorsi dopo la rielezione" di Ursula von der Leyen alla presidenza della Commissione Ue in cui "per la prima volta si è parlato di neutralità tecnologica" ma "i ritmi e i livelli di transizione energetica dei vari Paesi in Europa sono molto differenti. Nel nord Europa vendiamo il 90-95% di vetture elettrificate, in Italia siamo al 5% e siamo quelli tra quelli più bravi, quindi è evidente che c'è un percorso da fare" che riguarda "da un lato la produzione di energia (perchè aumentare la richiesta di fornitura vuol dire aumentare la produzione energetica)", ma anche la creazione di "tutte le infrastrutture: l'associazione europea dei costruttori ha stimato che ci vogliono 7 milioni di colonnine da qui al 2035, attualmente siamo a 700 mila.
