nel decreto del Governo non c'è nulla. Anzi aumentano le pene e dunque gli ingressi in carcere. Una situazione preoccupante. A questo si aggiungono i suicidi: siamo già a 60 e temo che con l'estate e queste temperature arriveremo anche i 100. Ma il Governo nega il problema. Il Dl carceri che ci arriverà dal Senato non contiene nulla, nemmeno una misura sul sovraffollamento. L'intenzione della maggioranza e del Governo è di andare avanti così in un'estate con temperature terribili. Il monito del Presidente della Repubblica è stato chiaro, ma non ha trovato persone disposte ad ascoltarlo. Ci sono già misure: liberazione anticipata, case di reinserimento sociale, numero chiuso, misure alternative.
