(askanews) - Il 69,8% delle imprese che compie ricerche di personale dichiara di riscontrare difficoltà di reperimento. Lo rileva l'annuale indagine del Centro studi di Confindustria sul lavoro, svolta tra febbraio e aprile 2024 che fornisce informazioni per il 2023 e inizio 2024 su struttura dell'occupazione e politiche aziendali di gestione del lavoro nelle aziende associate."Disaggregando tali difficoltà in relazione alle competenze ricercate, esse emergono soprattutto per le competenze tecniche (complessivamente segnalate dal 69,2% delle imprese) e per le mansioni manuali (nel 47,9% dei casi a livello nazionale e nel 58,9% nel settore industriale)", si legge.
