(askanews) - Nel 2023 il mercato immobiliare, con 933.919 convenzioni notarili di compravendita, registra un andamento in ribasso rispetto all'anno precedente (-8,1%). La flessione interessa il settore abitativo (-8,9%), con variazioni negative superiori alla media nazionale al Centro (-11,6%) e nel Nord-ovest (-11,3%); più lieve il calo nel Nord-est (-8,4%) e al Sud (-6,2%), mentre le Isole rimangono sostanzialmente stabili (+0,4%). Il settore economico cresce complessivamente del 6,8%, trainato dal Nord-est (+12,0%); l'espansione è più moderata nelle altre aree territoriali: +7,2% Isole, +6,2% Sud, +5,8% Nord-ovest e +2,9% Centro. Lo rende noto l'Istat.Le convenzioni notarili per mutui, finanziamenti e altre obbligazioni con costituzione di ipoteca immobiliare (308.910 nell'anno 2023) sono in calo del 27,1% rispetto al 2022. La diminuzione interessa soprattutto il Nord-ovest (-30,0%) e il Centro (-29,2%), seguiti da Nord-est (-24,8%) Sud (-23,8%) e Isole (-20,1%).Nel IV trimestre 2023 sono 277.415 le convenzioni notarili di compravendita e le altre convenzioni relative ad atti traslativi a titolo oneroso per unità immobiliari. La variazione percentuale calcolata sul dato destagionalizzato è di +3,4% rispetto al trimestre precedente, mentre la variazione su base annua calcolata sul dato grezzo è di +0,5%.Nel confronto congiunturale il comparto abitativo è in crescita su tutto il territorio nazionale: al Centro +5,9%, nelle Isole +4,7%, al Sud +4,0%, nel Nord-ovest +2,9% e nel Nord-est +2,6%.
