(askanews) - L'Autorità garante della concorrenza e del mercato ha accertato l'inottemperanza della cooperativa Radiotaxi 3570 a un precedente provvedimento dell'Authority (27244/2018) e ha irrogato una sanzione di 140.043,95 euro.Inoltre considerati il perdurare dell'infrazione e la pervicace inottemperanza alla diffida, l'Autorità ha anche imposto una penalità di mora per 214,40 euro al giorno (da calcolarsi fino al giorno dell'ottemperanza). L'Antitrust aveva diffidato la società "a modificare le clausole statutarie e regolamentari sull'obbligo di non concorrenza a portata assoluta, che impedisce ai tassisti soci di destinare la quota della loro capacità produttiva inutilizzata a piattaforme di intermediazione concorrenti nella fornitura di servizi di raccolta e smistamento della domanda di taxi nel Comune di Roma".Dovrebbero invece essere i singoli tassisti a individuare direttamente le piattaforme di intermediazione cui rendere disponibile la propria capacità eccedente.
