solo del nostro Statuto e delle nostre competenze esclusive in materia di sfruttamento di cave e miniere, ma mina soprattutto la possibilità per noi sardi di tutelare ambiente e paesaggio. Lo dichiara la presidente della Regione Sardegna, Alessandra Todde, a proposito del disegno di legge passato martedì 30 luglio alla Camera dei Deputati sulle materie prime critiche di interesse strategico."La Regione Sardegna, attraverso il suo Assessore dell'Ambiente Rosanna Laconi e di comune accordo con me e l'assessore all'Industria Emanuele Cani, ha espresso un parere fortemente contrario - nel suo ruolo di coordinatrice della Commissione Ambiente, Energia e Sostenibilità (CAES) - all'impostazione del nuovo impianto normativo in sede di Conferenza Stato-Regioni" dice Todde. "Il motivo del dissenso nasce dal mancato accoglimento di una serie di nostri emendamenti che miravano a rendere vincolante il parere delle Regioni nel procedimento autorizzativo, e a rendere obbligatoria l'intesa delle Regioni per l'approvazione del Piano Nazionale delle Materie prime critiche. Nonostante l'opposizione della Regione Sardegna, il decreto ha ottenuto il parere favorevole della maggioranza delle altre Regioni e successivamente l'approvazione definitiva dalla Camera dei Deputati.
