(askanews) - Anche quest'anno la Regione Puglia sostiene attivamente i giovani neolaureati attraverso misure importanti come i voucher. La Puglia, con le sue politiche sulla formazione, ha consolidato negli anni un percorso virtuoso che vede la Regione in prima fila nel sostenere i giovani."La Regione Puglia - spiega Vito Gargano, direttore CSAD - negli anni ha sostenuto attivamente i giovani neolaureati. Tra le misure importanti erogate negli ultimi venti anni abbiamo avuto i voucher post laurea che hanno permesso la frequenza di master di alta formazione ai giovani neolaureati. Master finanziabili fino al 100%. Attraverso questi master finanziati dalla regione Puglia i giovani neolaureati hanno avuto ed avranno la possibilità di entrare nel mondo del lavoro acquistando competenze sia in ambito professionale sia in ambito esperienziale". Ma quali sono oggi i corsi che offrono più opportunità? "Ad oggi i settori emergenti che richiedono competenze, non soltanto di base, ma specifiche, sono sicuramente l'ambito agroalimentare e il sistema di gestione aziendale correlato ai sistemi di gestione integrati, ambito qualità, ambiente, sicurezza ed energia. Proprio al fine di andare incontro alle esigenze del mercato del lavoro e delle richieste del contesto aziendale, CSAD eroga da moltissimi anni due master che fanno ormai parte della nostra storia. Il master nel sistema di gestione qualità ambiente e sicurezza ed energia, il quale è giunto alla 40esima edizione ed il master nell'ambito delle certificazioni del settore agroalimentare per il quale siamo giunti alla 37esima edizione" illustra Graziana Marangi, coordinatrice dei Master CSAD. Proprio per questo è fondamentale rivolgersi a un ente che risponda nelle caratteristiche ai criteri di garanzia ed efficienza. "I punti di forza di un ente che eroga master di alta formazione, - continua Gargano - a mio avviso, sono quattro l'accreditamento all'alta formazione, una rete di partnership con aziende nazionali e internazionali, un corpo docenti provenienti dal mondo aziendale e un'alta capacità dello stesso ente di favorire l'inserimento nel mondo del lavoro". Aspetti cruciali che trasformano un master in un'esperienza a diretto contatto col mondo produttivo. Un mondo in cui i giovani grazie a realtà come CSAD vengono introdotti attraverso fasi di affiancamento ben definite. "All'interno del nostro ente, noi abbiamo vari step quindi l'orientamento non si basa solamente sulla fase iniziale, ma si basa su tutta la fase di formazione, di aula e di stage. Il ragazzo arriva da noi magari con le idee poco chiare di conseguenza siamo noi ad orientare il ragazzo verso il percorso migliore" conclude Valeria Calviello, responsabile dell'orientamento in CSAD.
