Nel corso dell'anno, inoltre,Italo ha gestito le risorse in modo sostenibile riducendol'impatto ambientale attraverso un approccio incentratosull'economia circolare: nel 2023 sono stati prodotti -10,5% dirifiuti rispetto al 2022, di cui il 96% avviati a recupero e il60% differenziati.Italo si è distinta, inoltre, per la cura e l'attenzione neiconfronti dei propri passeggeri fra le società ritenute miglioriper efficienza del servizio clienti ed è stata premiata con ilprimo posto nella classifica Italy's Best Customer Services2023/2024.
