Una vera e propria galleria di attività illecite che comprendevano pure la truffa, anche se il core business era quello del borseggio e delle rapine messe a segno nelle metropolitana di Roma e di Milano. Un curriculum criminale di tutto rispetto che, però, fino ad oggi, le era costato solo pochi giorni di carcere. La protagonista è una donna di 31 anni, rom di origini croate, che per quattro lustri è riuscita a non finire dietro le sbarre grazie al metodo della gravidanza strumentale. Così come Sofia Loren nel celebre film "Ieri, oggi e domani" del 1963, la ragazza programmava le sue gravidanze per evitare l'arresto. Un modus operandi in cui nulla era lasciato al caso ed andato avanti fino ad oggi, quando per lei sono scattate le manette. I carabinieri della compagnia di Pomezia e della stazione di Tor de Cenci, su mandato della Procura della Capitale, l'hanno arrestata nel campo nomadi di Castel Romano, dove era domiciliata, e l'hanno trasferita nella sezione femminile del penitenziario di Rebibbia.La trentunenne deve, infatti, scontare un residuo pene pari a circa 30 anni di reclusione. Secondo quanto accertato dagli inquirenti l'attività criminale della donna è iniziata nel 2004, quando era ancora minorenne: i primi colpi, scippi con destrezza, nella metro di Roma. Con il passare degli anni la decisione di allargare il raggio di azione anche in altre parti d'Italia e in particolare nel capoluogo meneghino e a Brescia. Proprio a Milano, nel settembre del 2019, quando aveva 26 anni, la donna venne fermata dalla polizia e arrestata. La detenzione però durò pochissimo: la donna, infatti, tornò libera poco dopo, ottenendo il differimento della pena perché incinta e pronta al parto. La sua attività criminale è però proseguita negli anni: borseggiatrice seriale e vero incubo per i passeggeri di metropolitane e mezzi pubblici. Anche l'attività di inquirenti e giudici non si è, però, fermata. La ragazza è infatti state fermata nuovamente e processata più volte. Ma il copione è sempre lo stesso: torna libera perché con il pancione. Le condanne si sono però via via accumulate e il monte pene si è andato così gonfiando arrivando ad un totale, una cifra record, che sfiora i 30 anni di reclusione.
