(askanews) - In base alla nuova procedura di frontiera, istituita con la riforma del Patto Ue, l'Italia dovrà analizzare al massimo 16.032 richieste di asilo tra giugno 2026 e giugno 2027. Il dato, pubblicato sulla Gazzetta ufficiale Ue, è pari a una quota del 26,7% del totale (1.318.040 totali), la quota più alta di tutta l'Ue. Seconda l'Ungheria con 15.432 richieste.Nel 2027-2028 la quota, valutata in base alla norma che stabilisce "le modalità di applicazione del regolamento (UE) 2024/1348 del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio, per quanto riguarda la capacità adeguata degli Stati membri e il numero massimo di domande che uno Stato membro deve esaminare nell'ambito della procedura di frontiera all'anno", salirà a 24. 048 per l'Italia, in base alla tabella pubblicata che stabilisce il tetto annuale di richieste.
