La sicurezza sul lavoro, i bassi salari e la maggiore produttività sono questioni cruciali che richiedono l'attiva partecipazione dei lavoratori. "I dati emersi dal Rapporto regionale della Fondazione Studi Consulenti del Lavoro sono incoraggianti. Nel terzo trimestre 2023 il numero degli occupati in Campania ha raggiunto quota 1 milione e 700 mila, mentre il tasso di occupazione è arrivato al 45%. Restano alcune note dolenti: l'occupazione femminile è ancora lontana dal recupero dei livelli pre-Covid e si registra un significativo aumento dei contratti a termine.
