(askanews) - La Commissione europea ha versato all'Italia un quinto pagamento di 11 miliardi di euro in sovvenzioni e prestiti (al netto dei prefinanziamenti) nell'ambito del dispositivo per la ripresa e la resilienza. Come per tutti gli Stati membri, spiega Bruxelles con una nota, i pagamenti effettuati all'Italia nell'ambito del dispositivo per la ripresa e la resilienza sono concessi sulla base dei risultati conseguiti nell'efficace attuazione degli investimenti e delle riforme previste dal piano di ripresa nazionale. La quinta richiesta di pagamento riguarda 54 traguardi e obiettivi, tra i quali alcuni passi importanti verso l'attuazione di 14 riforme e 22 investimenti in settori quali il diritto della concorrenza, gli appalti pubblici, la gestione dei rifiuti e delle risorse idriche, la giustizia, il quadro di revisione della spesa e l'istruzione.Il 2 luglio 2024, si legge, la Commissione aveva approvato una valutazione preliminare positiva di 53 traguardi e obiettivi relativi alla quinta richiesta di pagamento dell'Italia, per un importo di 11 miliardi di euro. Il successivo parere favorevole del Comitato economico e finanziario del Consiglio ha spianato la strada all'adozione da parte della Commissione di una decisione definitiva sull'erogazione dei fondi.
