Criminalità Organizzata e con la Squadra Mobile della Questura di Napoli, ha eseguito un'ordinanza applicativa di misure cautelari personali - emessa dal G.I.P. di Napoli, su richiesta della locale Procura della Repubblica - Direzione Distrettuale Antimafia - nei confronti di cinque persone accusate di trasferimento fraudolento di valori e autoriciclaggio, aggravati dal metodo mafioso e dalla finalità agevolativa dell'organizzazione camorristica denominata "clan Contini". Tre sono finiti in carcere, due ai domiciliari.L'indagine, spiegano gli inquirenti, avrebbe permesso di accertare "l'intestazione fittizia di due società operanti nel settore della ristorazione e panificazione per agevolare il raggiungimento delle finalità illecite del predetto sodalizio e per il sostentamento dei detenuti e delle rispettive famiglie". L'impresa di ristorazione, operante nel centro storico di Napoli, sarebbe stata acquistata grazie all'apporto economico e alla "protezione" fornita da un esponente di spicco del clan, alla cui famiglia sarebbe stata destinata una parte dei relativi proventi anche dopo la sua detenzione conseguente ad una condanna per associazione finalizzata al traffico di sostanze stupefacenti.Le risultanze investigative e le evidenze acquisite sui social network avrebbero permesso di stabilire che "la società era gestita, di fatto, dal cognato del detenuto, anch'egli gravato da numerosi precedenti penali, il quale si sarebbe poi affrancato dalla joint venture criminale avviando una nuova attività nel campo della panificazione e della vendita di prodotti da forno", spiegano le Fiamme Gialle.Le indagini, corroborate dalle dichiarazioni di collaboratori di giustizia, avrebbero consentito di appurare anche la fittizia intestazione di un'impresa individuale operante nel settore dei servizi turistici, che il precedente titolare sarebbe stato costretto a dismettere con minacce, percosse e intimidazioni, e di sette immobili di pregio siti nel capoluogo partenopeo.Gli indagati avrebbero reimpiegato nelle società di ristorazione e panificazione e nell'acquisto degli indicati beni immobili oltre 412 mila euro in contanti con reiterate operazioni sui conti societari e personali.
