percossi e torturati, anche con l’uso di armi (tra cui coltelli ed un manganello), da quattro uomini per i quali è scattata un'ordinanza di misure cautelari. Uno è stato condotto in carcere e gli altri tre sottoposti agli arresti domiciliari con controllo mediante braccialetto elettronico. È accaduto a Benevento a dicembre scorso e oggi sono scattati gli arresti.LE TORTURENella notte tra il 17 e il 18 dicembre, i tre ragazzi sono state percossi ripetutamente con calci alla testa, con le sedie e il manganello, colpiti con il coltello e sottoposti ad ulteriori angherie tra cui costringerli a pulire il loro sangue ripetutamente per poi tornare a colpirli e ripetutamente simulare di bucargli le mani con il coltello, il tutto accompagnato da gravi minacce e offese. Uno dei giovani aveva perso anche conoscenza ma non appena si riprendeva gli ordinavano di muoversi carponi sul pavimento e di emettere i versi di un cane e continuavano a colpirlo con calci fino a provocargli una defecazione spontanea, costringendolo poi a stare sul balcone per il cattivo odore che emanava.Per questo a seguito di un'indagine coordinata dalla Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale di Benevento, i militari della Compagnia Carabinieri di Benevento e della Stazione Carabinieri di San Leucio del Sannio hanno eseguito un’ordinanza di applicazione di misure cautelari custodiali nei confronti dei quattro uomini, residenti a Benevento.L'ACCADUTOI tre giovani, si erano recati presso un'abitazione in Rione Libertà a Benevento per risolvere pacificamente un litigio accaduto alcuni giorni prima con dei coetanei, così sono stati sequestrati per diverse ore all’interno dell’abitazione, percossi e torturati, anche con l’uso di armi (tra cui coltelli ed un manganello), dai quattro uomini destinatari delle misure cautelari custodiali. Inoltre alle tre vittime sono stati sottratti cellulare, somme di denaro contante e l’autovettura con la quale erano giunti a Benevento.
