occupazionegiovanile nel nostro Paese può ancora migliorare.E' quanto emerge da un rapporto della Fondazione studiconsulenti del lavoro dal titolo "Cresce l'occupazionegiovanile.Lo studio, elaborato su dati Istat, evidenzia comunque comesi riduca il gap con l'Europa". Considerando 1 milione e 26 milaposti di lavoro creati tra il 2021 e il 2023, il 42,8% (439mila) ha riguardato giovani under 35. Ciò equivale ad un tassodi crescita nel periodo dell'8,9%, doppio rispetto a quellogenerale del 4,5%. Ma l'aumento più importante è quelloregistrato nella fascia 15-24 anni: +16,7%. Una dinamicapositiva che negli under 35 ha riguardato soprattutto ragazze egiovani donne, con un tasso di occupazione del +9,9% contro il+8,2% dei coetanei maschi.I settori che hanno trainato l'aumento di occupazionegiovanile tra i 15 e i 39 anni sono stati quello delle attivitàartistiche, sportive e di divertimento (+32,2%), i servizi dialloggio e ristorazione (23,7%), le attività immobiliari(+21,8%), l'informazione e la comunicazione (+20,3%). Si trattasoprattutto di profili medio-alti: intellettuali e scientifici(+10,9%), figure nelle attività commerciali e nei servizi(10,7%) e personale specializzato in agricoltura e pesca(+11,5). Cresce, infine, il lavoro stabile: di 415 mila nuovioccupati, 373 sono a tempo indeterminato (+13,9%). Ciònonostante rimane critico il confronto con l'Europa: nellafascia 20-24 anni il tasso di occupazione medio europeo è del54,2%, quello italiano si ferma al 36%.
