"Piuttosto la ammazzo ma non le do la separazione", la frase che ripeteva negli ultimi tempi annunciando, di fatto, quella che poi martedì mattina è diventata una drammatica e tragica realtà.Omicidio premeditatoLa Procura chiederà la convalida dell'arresto e il tribunale dovrà, quindi, fissare nei prossimi giorni l'udienza davanti al gip. Nel decreto di fermo il pm mette in luce "l'evidente volontà omicidiaria" dell'uomo che ha attirato la donna "colpendola a bruciapelo con un'arma da fuoco nonché l'evidente incompatibilità di quanto constatato dal medico legale sulla non volontà omicidiaria". Martedì mattina l'uomo si è recato nella zona di Fonte Nuova, comune nell'area ad est della Capitale, con lo "specifico intento di sparare alla moglie" e "la causa del femminicidio era la volontà della donna di sottrarsi al suo controllo ossessivo".La confessioneSubito dopo avere sparato l'uomo ha ammesso le sue responsabilità.
