indagini della Polizialocale. L'inchiesta, coordinata dalla pm di Milano RobertaAmadeo, dopo la denuncia a piede libero e varie analisi, tra cuiquelle tossicologiche, ha portato all'ordinanza di domiciliariper omicidio stradale aggravato con omissione di soccorso e conuso di "sostanze stupefacenti o psicotrope", firmata dal gipDomenico Santoro ed eseguita oggi.Il 22enne, che quella sera stava guidando anche oltre illimite di velocità, come si legge nell'ordinanza, si sarebbefermato "sul posto" dopo l'incidente "per circa 2-3 minuti,vedendo da lontano il ragazzo a terra, ma subito dopo risalivain auto e si allontanava". L'auto venne trovata abbandonata apoca distanza con il radiatore rotto.Nell'inchiesta sono state analizzate le telecamere disorveglianza e il giovane è stato rintracciato il giorno dopo,con addosso gli stessi abiti indossati al momentodell'incidente, dagli agenti del Reparto radiomobile dellaPolizia locale vicino alla stazione di Rogoredo, non lontano dalfamigerato "boschetto della droga", un tempo piazza di spacciotra le più frequentate della Lombardia.
