Inoltre, lo scalo giuliano "non è un portoiperspecializzato": che significa Far East, Middle East e India(che potrebbe diventare un nuovo protagonista mondiale),traffici intramediterranei.Prescindendo tuttavia dai fatti contingenti, su Suez e il suoruolo politico occorrerà avviare un dibattito: il Napa,l'Associazione dei Porti del Nord-Adriatico ha già inviato undocumento alla Commissione europea per l'avvio di un ampioconfronto sul tema.
