Lo ha detto la segretaria del Pd, Elly Schelin, intervenendo in aula alla Camera sul dl carceri. "In questa visione, per cui tutti i problemi sociali vanno affrontati con nuovi reati e vanno puniti sbattendo le persone dietro le sbarre buttando la chiave, voi dimenticate che quando si riempiono le carceri non è una vittoria per nessuno, è un fallimento di tutta la società", ha sottolineato Schlein."Ai colleghi della maggioranza dico, andateci anche voi a visitare le carceri, vi accorgerete che non c'è dentro un'umanità altra, è la stessa, è la nostra.
