E' quanto sta emergendo dall'indagine della Procura di Tivoli su Domenico Ossoli, l'uomo di 73 anni che ha ucciso martedì a Roma la moglie Annarita Morelli, 72 anni, da cui si stava separando, con un colpo di arma da fuoco. I carabinieri, a cui sono state delegate le indagini, hanno acquisito ulteriori elementi a carico del fermato, attualmente detenuto nel carcere di Rebibbia con l'accusa di omicidio volontario aggravato dalla premeditazione. Nel corso di una perquisizione nella casa dell'uomo a Norcia sono state trovate una serie di registrazioni audio conservate su una decina di supporti.Acquisite registrazioni Il materiale è stato acquisito e sarà analizzato ma, in base a quanto emerge, tra i tanti file audio ci sarebbero anche conversazioni intercorse con la vittima. Elementi che confermerebbero la volontà di controllo che l'uomo aveva nei confronti della donna. Comportamenti vessatori confermati anche dai familiari sentiti come persone informate sui fatti dopo il delitto. Ossoli, che era arrivato ad installare un dispositivo gps sull'auto della donna, non accettava l'idea che il rapporto tra i due fosse finito. "Piuttosto la ammazzo ma non le do la separazione", la frase che ripeteva negli ultimi tempi annunciando, di fatto, quella che poi martedì mattina è diventata una drammatica e tragica realtà.Omicidio premeditatoLa Procura chiederà la convalida dell'arresto e il tribunale dovrà, quindi, fissare nei prossimi giorni l'udienza davanti al gip. Nel decreto di fermo il pm mette in luce "l'evidente volontà omicidiaria" dell'uomo che ha attirato la donna "colpendola a bruciapelo con un'arma da fuoco nonché l'evidente incompatibilità di quanto constatato dal medico legale sulla non volontà omicidiaria". Martedì mattina l'uomo si è recato nella zona di Fonte Nuova, comune nell'area ad est della Capitale, con lo "specifico intento di sparare alla moglie" e "la causa del femminicidio era la volontà della donna di sottrarsi al suo controllo ossessivo".La confessioneSubito dopo avere sparato l'uomo ha ammesso le sue responsabilità. "Sono stato io", ha detto Ossoli ad un carabiniere intervenuto.
