operandi ma questa volta la vittima 85enne, insospettita dall’atteggiamento del giovanissimo malvivente, lo ha smascherato. In pochi secondi, la richiesta di 1.400 euro per la consegna di un pacco, mai ordinato dal nipote dell’anziana donna, si è trasformata in estorsione. E’ accaduto nel primo pomeriggio di ieri a Caserta, quando il sedicente corriere, che si era preannunciato con una telefonata nella quale comunicava falsamente di dover consegnare un pacco ordinato dal nipote della donna, per il quale sarebbe stato necessario corrispondere 1.400 euro in contanti, accortosi di essere stato scoperto ha minacciato la vittima e un suo parente presente in casa di ritorsioni violente, se non gli avessero consegnato il denaro, la fede nuziale e i monili in oro che indossava l’anziana. Dopo aver intascato il bottino, il malvivente ha cercato di allontanarsi dall’abitazione a piedi ma, l’immediato intervento dei carabinieri del Nucleo operativo e radiomobile della Compagnia di Caserta, richiesto da un parente della vittima attraverso il numero di emergenza 112, ha permesso di intercettarlo e bloccarlo dopo un inseguimento di alcune centinaia di metri.Il fuggitivo, un 19enne napoletano, è stato subito identificato e perquisito: con sè una busta contenente mille euro suddivisi in banconote di vario taglio, ulteriori 1.200 euro, un paio di orecchini in oro con perle bianche ed una fede nuziale in oro.Gli immediati accertamenti oltre a consentire il recupero della refurtiva poco prima sottratta all’anziana vittima, consistente nei 1.200 euro in contanti e nei monili segnalati, hanno permesso di recuperare anche i mille sottratti nella stessa giornata ad una seconda vittima, un’89enne casertana, anch’ella raggirata attraverso il medesimo modus operandi. Quest’ultima, invitata in caserma, ha subito formalizzato la denuncia nei confronti del malvivente. L’intera refurtiva recuperata è stata restituita alle legittime proprietarie.Il 19enne è stato arrestato e accompagnato ai domiciliari a disposizione dell’autorità giudiziaria.
