Polizialocale, Andrea Gallo, per i reati di rifiuto d'atti d'ufficio,frode processuale, falsità materiale e ideologica e truffa inseguito all'utilizzo di apparecchi autovelox e telelaserritenuti privi di omologazione. "Ove accertata e confermata tale situazione di denunciatagrave carenza di intervento operativo in violazione di legge -si legge in una nota di Altvelox - ne conseguirebbe annosa,reiterata e quotidiana ingiusta lesione, da parte degli entipreposti, dei diritti dei consumatori e degli utenti dellastrada pur costituzionalmente e normativamente garantiti conindebita richiesta e riscossione di somme non dovute ederogazione di pene accessorie del tutto ingiustificate".Conte e Sidoti sono stati querelati anche per diffamazioneaggravata in merito ad alcune dichiarazioni rese alla stamparitenute dall'associazione denunciante lesive nei suoiconfronti.
