Purtroppo questo non è stato fatto, è stato pubblicato un decreto di abbattimento e l'orsa è stata abbattuta"."Oipa Italia continuerà a valutare come poter tutelare gli orsi - ha proseguito l'avvocata - faremo un'istanza di accesso agli atti per capire cosa si è verificato e valuteremo di procedere ulteriormente; ricordiamo che la legge 'ammazza orsi', che prevede la possibilità di abbattere fino a otto esemplari nella Provincia autonoma di Trento, è stata segnalata da Oipa alla Commissione Ue per segnalare a nostro parere l'incompatibilità con la normativa europea che tutela l'orso.
