Oltre 400 emendamentipresentati, neppure iniziata l'illustrazione e la votazione.Nulla. Con i tempi del Senato e con le modifiche di alcuniarticoli o l'introduzione di nuove norme che si prospettano,come Asaps aveva previsto, si andrà al terzo passaggio allaCamera. L'introduzione dell'omicidio stradale ebbe ben cinquepassaggi parlamentari. E l'approvazione? Sicuramente in una datapiù vicina al Natale, che al Ferragosto"."Come non pensare - domanda il presidente dell'Asaps - ai 232pedoni e ai 114 ciclisti deceduti da inizio anno, alle 41vittime dell'ultimo fine settimana, ai 13 bambini morti ad ogginel 2024? Noi ci pensiamo, e pensiamo anche a tutte le forzedell'ordine che anche in queste giornate 'torride' affrontanoautomobilisti aggressivi, strade piene di soggetti dediti allacriminalità di strada, tutori dell'ordine che si impegnano agovernare i comportamenti stradali più pericolosi, con le semprepoche 'armi giuridiche' a disposizione, tra una 'guerra' agliautovelox ed etilometri e una impossibilità ad essere ovunque,con i numeri risicati di agenti della Stradale, di tutte leForze di Polizia e delle Polizie Locali".
