della Polizia Locale di Roma Capitale, che ha portato alla denuncia di una donna di 49 anni e al sequestro ai fini della confisca di due autovetture di lusso: una Bentley Continental cabrio e una Ferrari California. La responsabile aveva compiuto oltre 600 violazioni al codice della strada, molte delle quali per accesso alla ZTL non autorizzato, eludendo il pagamento delle sanzioni.Gli agenti, grazie ad un'accurata attività investigativa, iniziata da un controllo di polizia stradale, ha portato, grazie anche all'analisi incrociata delle risultanze emerse dalla consultazione di banche dati internazionali, ad appurare le anomalie che gravavano su entrambi i veicoli, le cui targhe sono risultate essere state radiate. Eseguite le prime verifiche sul primo dei due mezzi, la Bentley, gli operanti hanno avviato un'attività di appostamento nelle fasce orarie e presso i varchi di accesso ztl compatibili con i passaggi più frequenti dalla donna.Una volta intercettata a bordo dell'auto, sono partiti gli ulteriori accertamenti, che hanno portato alla scoperta che la targa era stata contraffatta, il cui numero corrisponde invece ad un autocarro tedesco, oltre al fatto che il veicolo era privo di revisione e con Carta di Circolazione originale non riconsegnata alle autorità tedesche. Verificata la disponibilità di un secondo veicolo, la Ferrari, gli agenti hanno avviato approfonditi controlli sullo stesso, appurando anche in questo caso diverse irregolarità: il mezzo non risultava immatricolato, provvisto di targa austriaca scaduta di validità e non coperto da assicurazione. Nei suoi confronti sono pertanto scattate una serie di sanzioni per un ammontare complessivo di circa 2.600 euro, a cui si aggiunge la denuncia della 49enne all'Autorità Giudiziaria per le ipotesi di reato di uso di atti falsi e di truffa aggravata.
