Hanno raccontato di essere partiti da Sabrata in Libia, stipati su una piccola barca in vetroresina che, finita in difficoltà in mare, è stata soccorsa dalla Life Support nella notte di lunedì scorso. Jonathan Nani La Terra, team leader delle operazioni di soccorso, ribadisce che mandare le navi Sar in porti lontani dalla Sicilia è un problema per i soccorsi e per i migranti salvati:"È una costante. Napoli non è un porto al nord ma non è neanche un porto in Sicilia e questo ci mantiene lontani dalla zona operativa dove dovremmo stare.
