Di cosa si deve dotare un'azienda per utilizzare la tecnologia AI e quali sfide da affrontare ce ne ha parlato con Francesca Meriggi, Chief Information Officer Engeneering: "Le aziende oggi devono fare un ampio processo di trasformazione per poter utilizzare al meglio questa tecnologia. In generale hanno molte sfide davanti a loro, le principali sono relative al reskilling delle persone, oppure all'insourcing di skill adeguate ad utilizzare queste soluzioni così come alla disponibilità dei dati ed alla qualità dei dati a loro disposizione". Un passaggio poi su quelli che saranno gli impatti positivi dell'intelligenza artificiale sui processi aziendali. Ha così aggiunto Francesca Meriggi, Chief Information Officer Engeneering: "Già oggi un grande impatto positivo che l'intelligenza artificiale sta avendo è nell'automatizzazione dei processi, quindi nel velocizzare alcune attività. D'altro canto il potenziale di questa tecnologia è di poter creare nuove soluzioni, nuove opportunità per i clienti pensando a prodotti che prima non era pensabile creare. Il ruolo della persona sarà sempre chiave e tra l'altro sta diventando sempre più importante il ruolo degli ingegneri che pensano a queste soluzioni, devono essere loro a salvaguardare l'output dell'applicazione".
