un 36ennemarocchino accoltellato lo scorso 6 luglio nei boschi dellospaccio di Castiglione Olona (Varese), che è stato fermato conl'accusa di detenzione ai fini di spaccio e porto illegale diarmi. Il terzo militare è stato arrestato in esecuzione diordinanza di custodia cautelare emessa dal gip del tribunale diVarese su richiesta della procura varesina. Meno di 24 ore dopo l'accoltellamento del 36enne, erano statiarrestati altri due militari, in servizio nelle stazioni diCuvio e Malnate, accusati direttamente del ferimento dellospacciatore. L'indagine aveva portato alla luce una presuntaattività di "taglieggiamento" da parte dei due carabinieriaccusati anche di rapina aggravata (diversi gli episodicontestati) e sequestro di persona.Per il terzo uomo dell'Arma, subito sospeso dal servizio cosìcome i colleghi, le manette sono scattate in quanto, secondoquanto ricostruito dalla procura, ha partecipato ad una rapinain danno di uno spacciatore prima dell'accoltellamento del 6luglio scorso.
