IRPEF: i tempi di attesa sono legati al momento in cui si procede con la trasmissione. Il pagamento della prossima mensilità arriverà dall’INPS, sia per chi riceve le somme tramite Poste Italiane che tramite banche, giovedì 1° agosto e il calcolo dell’importo erogato tiene conto anche delle operazioni di conguaglio della dichiarazione dei redditi. In qualità di sostituto d’imposta, l’INPS preleva le imposte dovute dai pensionati e dalle pensionate sugli assegni che eroga e applica i risultati della dichiarazione dei redditi alle somme che corrisponde. Due sono le possibilità che derivano dalla presentazione del modello 730/2024: ● in caso di credito del contribuente, viene erogato un rimborso IRPEF; ● se emerge, invece, un debito, si applicano delle trattenute. Le operazioni di conguaglio partono ad agosto e riguardano i flussi relativi alle dichiarazioni dei redditi arrivati dall’Agenzia delle Entrate entro il 30 giugno. In base a quanto previsto dall’articolo 19, comma 2, del Decreto del Ministero delle Finanze numero 164 del 1999, si parte dal “secondo mese successivo a quello di ricevimento dei dati del prospetto di liquidazione”. Chi ha inviato tempestivamente il modello 730/2024 e ha diritto al rimborso IRPEF riceverà l’importo sulla pensione in pagamento il prossimo giovedì 1° agosto. I tempi di attesa per ricevere il rimborso IRPEF, quindi, variano in base al momento in cui si trasmette la dichiarazione dei redditi. E se i cittadini e le cittadine che hanno inviato il modello 730 nella prima finestra utile stanno già per ricevere l’importo aggiuntivo, coloro che lo faranno a ridosso della scadenza dovranno attendere novembre.In ogni caso i pensionati e le pensionate, come ogni mese, possono verificare il calcolo dell’importo erogato dall’INPS e i fattori che hanno un peso sulla cifra finale accedendo al servizio online dedicato al cedolino pensione.
