Nel decreto di fermo il pm mette in luce "l'evidente volontà omicidiaria" dell'uomo che ha attirato la donna "colpendola a bruciapelo con un'arma da fuoco nonché l'evidente incompatibilità di quanto constatato dal medico legale sulla non volontà omicidiaria".
