Tra le principali novità c'è il conguaglio, tanto atteso, che sarà erogato nei prossimi quattro mesi. Poi il ricalcolo del bonus in caso di cambio di compagnia, il recupero del bonus se le società di vendita hanno iniziato tardivamente l'invio dei flussi e anche la comprensione dell'IVA nel beneficio per i lucani. Si tratta di una misura epocale, che ha avuto una eco mediatica europea e che continuiamo a migliorare in base ai feedback che ogni giorno i lucani ci inviano. E che continueremo a migliorare. Con una prossima delibera ci sarà anche la nuova percentuale di risparmio energetico, che sarà abbassata rispetto alla prima indicazione. Il bonus gas dura il tempo delle concessioni e quindi i nove anni previsti e quelli che verranno. C'è chi vuole cancellarlo, dopo averlo svuotato la card carburante, che oggi avrebbe dato un sollievo a tutte le famiglie lucane, mentre invece il centrodestra di governo vuole difendere e potenziare il bonus gas. Dopo 20 anni di nulla, i lucani hanno finalmente iniziato a ricevere i benefici derivanti dalle attività estrattive in Basilicata. Dopo il gas, toccherà all'acqua. E in futuro all'energia elettrica. Stiamo restituendo ai lucani le risorse del territorio lucano. Questo è il vero cambiamento".
